Need help...false 498a court notice of pre cognizance conciliation

Dear Sir,
Please, I need a help from your side.
Actually my brother got a court Notice from Patna City Criminal district court under section 498A, 34, 3/4, 323 and 379 against all of my family members (Mother, Father, Sister, and Me)
On first page of Notice is mentioned "Pre Cognizance Conciliation", could you please let me know, What is the true meaning of "Pre Cognizance Conciliation" ?
After consulted with some Lawyers in Patna, they are suggested us that, We should first apply for AB, after then appeared at court for "Pre Cognizance Conciliation".
Is it right Sir ?
Please help me sir, we are facing so much trouble.

It appears complaint case u/s 200 croc the said case has been filed.
if it is so then there is absolutely no need for AB.
You would get bail as a matter of course.

If case is filed u/s 200 crpc, bail can be granted as matter of course. Agree with the expert.

there are chances for conciliation even before the cognizance of the case is taken, hence appear before the court on the date of hearing, you will be let known about what is to be done then. Since it is not a police prosecuted case, you don't need to be enlarged on AB so soon.
