Sir,I m in prob and need ur help ,at the time of interview of clerical cadre i was already in the job in gramin bnk in clerical cadre but i did not reveal it to the interview board now when i m selectd in union bank as clerk and if got noc frm the gramin bnk and will show in ubi then can they object that y u havn't shown at interview?

Since you have already resigned from your previous employment which has been also been accepted, you need not show the same. Your job may become at stake.

why did you hide your previous employment ? better before joining disclose complete facts .you will always have a guilty consicence of having suppressed facts and always have fear of skeletons being exposed

You might have raised this query prior to your decision to apply for alternate job. Anyway, don't shy and do disclose even at this stage if it can be got inserted an additional information without much notice of the higher ups in the service record so that you may not be hold guilty at any later stage.
