my husband is a businessman nd court decided 2500rs maintance 4 me..i make appeal in the court to increase the amount.that case is going on.bt the problem is that my husband nt giving me d money...from the date court decided my maintance nd uptil he gave me only 10000rs.nd the balance is about 35000rs..i wanted 2 know.wat i should do that my husband give me money so that i can earn my livehood..nt in time i know nobody give in time.bt atleast after sumtime..

i also wanted to know that if wife is doing job..then maintance is nt given to the wife...iam nt much dat well educated..if i do job then i get 4000 or around 3000 that is nt enough to earn livehood..wat should i do..pls guide me on dis.

You should prove the earning of your husband before the court. The maintenance would be decided on the basis of income of your husband and many other factors.
If your husband has not paid the maintenance as per interim orders of the court ask your lawyer to proceed as per law.
