Dear Sir/Madam,
I am wasim from Bihar,a working professional in mumbai. I would like to ask a question related with my property.
Sir i would like to know about a land which belongs to govt of bihar adjacent to my land, it was a vacant land last 30 years but recently some bunch of people came and started construction and captured that land when asked about it they are telling us they have acquired it through Kaisare-Hind. They have built thatched house 2 months ago, since we are facing problem as they have blocked the passage. Is there any possibility to check the authenticity of their claim.
we will be happy if they have acquired it legally.

Contact the department of Bihar government who owns the land being occupied by the intruders and lodge formal complaint to the authorities to check them and remove from their land. Whether the occupants of the land are legally authorised or not can only be confirmed by the government department who own the land.

Can anybody describe about acquisition through Kaisar E Hind. Can anybody acquire govt land through Kaisare hind in bihar

In the absence of your knowledge whether they acquired through legal means or not the plot of land in question, you better make a Complaint either in person or through Registered Post to the Collector of your District by clearly indicating the location of the plot.
