Hi am shanthi..
I need to help my brother who is been arrested as his wife killed her 10months daughter and killed herself today morning. My brother works and stays in bangalore. He got married forcefully by his parents and finaly started a gud life with his wife...its been 4yrs they got married. He tried his level best to make his wife happy..due to financial situations he sent his wife for delivery to his hometown UP. They got a beautiful daughter by gods grace. He used to stay in a one BHK with his colleagues..after delivery he bought his mom, wife and daughter to bangalore n took a house for them.4th day of reaching Bangalore she is not happy with the atmospher and one night she gave sleeping pills to his mom(62) and left to bangalore without informing any one with the kid. He works in BPO and h came back to home by 2:00 in the night. She went to mumbai to her ex boyfriend!!!??. Finally after convicing her they took her back to UP. He stopped talking to her..and finally she killed her own daughter and killed herself. Hence her brother filled FIR and got arrested whole family members...Am really very scared about mybrothers future and his career.
What can be done in this situation.
Please help me further to take steps.

No she didt write any note... But her family is nt willing to compromise...its still mistake of her...

This is not a proper stage to think about the compromise etc. Investigating officer should be provided with the details of the events and thereafter wait for the charge-sheet and then apply for the bail of your brother. His life has already been spoiled, You have to save him from further miseries.

Okay but sir he didt do anything...he stay in bangalore. How can police will deal this. She did sucide in UP and he met her last year Dec. At home she is nt even get house arrested..its totaly unexpected..he is not even having any phone contacts with her because when he bought her to bangalore she spoiled his reputation by collecting all the contact numbers of his collegues and abuseing them..and left to mumbai without informing anyone..we tried asking for help but none are ready to come to station..as if now his mom(62) &dad(71) are in lockup..they didt ask for my brother to come to station...

All right!But law shall take it's own course.
When there is FIR police will investigate and accordingly file FR,when no prima facie
offence is found to have been committed,or a Charge Sheet when prima facie offence is found to have been committed.
So vigil and cooperate investigation.
Get engaged criminal side lawyer now to move out of the situation.

Your brother has left with no other option but to face the wrath of legal process. Do as advised.
