A woman `s husband died after divorce,having female baby 5 years.can baby take property of her father`s share & her father was working in govt sector ,can she take death benefits from govt sector,under which law 7 provision can she take property rights? & if property on the name of her grand father `s name than how can she claim her rights?has any right of divorcee lady of her husband `property?
plz reply soon it is urgent

succession matters in our country is dealt by personal law,so unless yiou disclose all the facts,hope fully any body on this earth can not solve your question.sorry for being rude!!!!!!!!!
