Neeed Advice on Court Marriage or Arya Samaj????

Hello Sir/Mam,
Would need your advise I am 25 year old and working as an Assistant Manager in a Top BPO and the girl whom I intend to marry is 29 and works in the same office but in a different deaprtment. Our problem is taht Girl's parent are AGARWAL and I belong to OBEROI family though Completly HINDU. Her parents will not agree to our marriage in any scenario coz of our age difference and me not belonging to Aggarwal/Agarwal community. I need your advise what should we do, shall we go for a court marriage if yes than what is the process or shall we go for marriage in ARYA SAMAJ under Hindu Marriage Act than go to register our marriage in New Delhi. Also wanted to confirm if it is Manadtory to register the marriage to make it legal. Both of us LOve each other and are ready to live our life together. My Mother also also loves her and really likes her. Girl is also aware of my age and everyhing about me, there are no secrets between us. We have a Great Understanding and wants to get marry as soon as possible.
Would really appreciate if some lawyer can get in touch with us to help in this matter. We are ready to pay the required fees/charges. Also if you could let us know which is better option COURT MARRIAGE or ARYA SAMAJ?

To get married in Arya Samaj Mandir is better option. After that u can register ur marriage. But if u r interested in court marriage it may create problems for both of u as it the procedure that when both of u would apply for the court marriage, the court would send a one notice to ur family for objections. Hence, thee best slution is marriage in Arya Samaj Mandir.For more details contact at:

I am agree with the Rakhi...
You should go for Arya Samaj Marriage that is completely valid and there is no other requirment of registration for getting it validated...However As per supreme court every marriage should be registered
but better prepare for Criminal Case which could be filed by the parents of the girl against you and your family......

As my friends said get married at Arya Samaj and register it with registrar of marriages and so as to aviod any criminal cases by her parets do submit your marriage registration certificate to the police station having territorial jurisdcition over the place of residence of her as well in the police station having territorial jurisdcition over your place of residence.

to get married in arya samaj mandir is best option, as u stated both are legal capable to get married but if appraoch to court then u have to spend a lot money and court also issue notice and u would need a govt offcer as witness. hence choose first option and after getting marriage informe through letter singed by both to concerned police station and cp and have its receipts.

Mr.oberoi first of all in marriage if parties are major there is no need of thinking about age.and age difference of 4years between u & your would be is immaterial in law and in hindu community if you belong to educated family.yes u can do marriage in arya smaj mandir in new delhi.and the marriage under arya smaj is valid & legal.no its is not mandatory to register it.but according to Hon'ble supreme courts judgement marriage should be registered.in the absence of registration the marriage would not be void.yes u can registered your marriage in new delhi.arya samaj is better option.u can also contact me at 9910657998
