Neighbour blocking my gate by his car

I have a plotted House and park my car inside my house.My next door neighbor who has a Gaumukhi corner plot parks his car in front of his gate on the road.As a result of this his car also blocks my gate and I am not able to take out my car from my house till he removes his car.The problem can be very serious in case of emergency.My repeated requests to him to park his car somewhere else since he blocks my gate also has yielded little result.
Pls advise what remedies do I have since this action of the neighbor of blocking my gate is causing daily tension.

Why do you park your car inside the compound? Why can't you park in such a way that your door is open and the car is parked some portion inside your compound and some part outside? Because you give chance to him, he parks the car in the way in which you have stated. It is for you to adapt to the situation.

File injuction suit against your neighbor and get him restrained by court not to make any kind of obstructions and blocking your gate.
