Dear sir,
Actually our neighbour are rechast man. They illigaly doing business of Madison. So we complain against this business in pollution department. For this purpose he so much angry and thrating me.
Now he doing one falls case. They complaint against my father. He said my father are attack his mother(on 18 January 2013).And arrange some falls report from hospital.But that day anything not happened.
police also enquirer. Police verbali said they understand this is falls case.But we don't no how police report against us.And three months latter this kind magistrate latter are come.
We are normal people . My father & me doing service in privet fund.Early we are not face this kind of problem. so kindly advice us how handal this problem.

Do not take the case lightly. If indeed FIR is registered then you need to take bail , preferably anticipatory bail.
You did not mention the name of local PS.
The Bengal police is notorious to harass people compared to Kolkata Police who are more prone to go by the Rule Book.
