I want to open an on-line store of Ethnic Apparels, which will accept the online payment transactions also. At present i don't have any form of business set up. I live in Jharkhand State. And don't know anything about the procedure and whom to approach, and what fees would be required for registering all the legal documents. I want to have a partnership form of business. I am in need of a detailed explanation of the procedure with the minutest things that have to be included as i am totally a beginner in this area. PLEASE GUIDE.

You can consult a local lawyer to draft and register your Partnership Deed. After regn. of Partnership firm approach a commercial bank to open a Current account in the name of the firm.Then apply for a regn. understate Shop & commercial Establishments act at O/o the District Labour Office, Obtain a Trade licence from local Municipality , then apply foe Permanent account Number in the name of the firm from TIN facilitation center(Income Tax) and finally if you are to deal in goods taxable under state Value Added Tax Act(VAT)obtain TIN regn. from local Sales Tax Deptt. .
