New share certificate

Recently our society decided to issue new share certificate against submission of old certificate to each member. In old share certificate, on first page the first owner’s name was written and on back side of certificate, 2 other owner who purchased (from time to time) the same property were mentioned. I am the third owner of the same property. Now in new share certificate, they mentioned only my name on the first page and other owners name are not written on back side. Is this the procedure for issuing the new share certificate? If no, then please guide me how to solve? If any document for this guideline of new certificate available then kindly share it. Thanks in advance.

The matter would have been discussed in the General Body and Managing Committee through a proper resolution. What was the reason cited?

You may be having the title transfer documents from previous owners, these are enough.
If the new certificates are as per bye laws / AGM resolution these are regular.
