NOTICE IS MUST TO CONVICT ACCUSED IT MUST BE 1] For the exact amount of cheque issue. 2] Must be posted to accused's Last known correct address. 3] Must demand cheque amount within 15 days of receipt of Notice. 4] Must be signed by Advocate, in Complainants presence, with full knowledge of Complainant. 5] Must be sent within 30 days of receipt of Cheque Return Memo. , by Regd Post / Speed Post/ By Hand Delivery, with ack by accused.
