Sir the complaint u/s 138 Ni Act filed by me is at stage of cws. and on next date I have to file affidavit u/s 145 ni act.Now is my case going to transfer to the place of payee bank situated or it will be continued at present place of drawee bank situated?

It shall get transferred as per latest law on the subject.

your case will be transferred to the court having jurisdiction to try and under which the payee bank situates.
