my wife filed a case aginst me and my family in 498a before 2 months now they have again put a case in family court saying that they have given jewels and frm the court they have put notice around all my house for the claim and the hearing is on 22 this month ihave no idea can any body reply for that.

you appear in that case and file an objections to an application filed by your wife.

that must b the petition in family court for divorce and for return of stridhana so first u appear in that matter ask the copies of the procedings from ur wife's advocate and go through the matter.

i am an nri and i signed ne power of attorney to my advocate,all the jewels is in her home which she took back to her home after twodays so what can i do in that

hello and thanks for your reply mr.prakash vathore,the notice which came to my home doesnt mention anything about divorce only it says about the money.will it says for divorce as i am an nri.plz reply me as she already charged 498a aginst my family as we dont have children yet and we havnt lived together for more than 5 months
