well your file could not be opened, may be some trouble with my system.
otherwise you can not go beyond the terms of agreement or contract.
and also being a tenant you do not become owner of the property........a tenant can not put a landlord to ransom.
you may fight in the courts for any no. of years but ultimately it is the landlord who is going to get the property back.
so its better to compromise the matter and vacate the property if he needs...court cases do not rescue of a tenant.
if there were certain terms regarding profits, business etc. then you can seek compensation as per the agreement only.
