I want to remove my relegion and caste from my all records and replace it by humanism and humanity...
What to do? How to proceed?

This question is of great significance.
'Cast' means in, ancient India, the profession of a person. It means 'Lawyer' 'Engineer' 'Doctor' carpenter, gold smith, black smith, barber, shoe maker, butcher, are all 'cast'.
It was automatically changing in ancient India with change of profession or vocation.
There is no concern between Religion and Cast. in one cast there may be so many religion and in a religion there may so many casts.
There is no bar in Law. Certainly you can remove tag of cast from you life as per law but you will be stranded in this world by doing that.
Suppose every body removes his cast. then he will require a now tag to describe himself. he would have to create a Cast by joining a group. Then you will have an another tag that may be Lion, Roterian, Taliban, Meharban Koachwan or any like lotus group, X group, Y group.
I understand that one person requires at least 4 tags to make himself identified individually. That is his name, his already well known relatives name, his group (CAST), and his area of living.
You can not leave all these even though you desire so. As such i am of the same view of Mr Burman.
When i was in class six, there were Ashok 1, Ashok 2, Ashok 3...Ashok 6 in my class. Even today, after 40 years, I know them by 'A1' to 'A6'. By going through your theory there would be number of everybody and one should have a google to search every time.

I appreciate your spirit. There is no legal provision in this regard. Instead of concentrating removing caste and religion, you concentrate on the effect. Maintain secularism - that is enough. Avoid nepotism - that is enough. The inner spirit need not be exhibited, it should be translated into actions.

The legal scope of your query is too short and answer requires no discussion.Our constitution declares our country 'secular'for which interpretation is that an Indian citizen is free to practice any religion of his/her choice.SO YOU ARE FREE TO PRACTICE ANY RELIGION KNOWN OR CAN EVEN EVOLVE A NEW ONE.
BUT WHEN IT COMES TO CAST OUR CONSTITUTION DOES RECOGNIZE IT TO PROVIDE PRIVILEGES TO SOME CASTS.
HERE YOU CAN DECIDE NOT TO TAKE THOSE PRIVILEGES AWARDED TO YOUR CAST.
BUT YOU CAN NOT CHANGE YOUR CAST TO GET THOSE PRIVILEGES.

Now to drive point home about definition of cast we need to go a little more deeper ro find out it's evolution.
Many of us must have heard of a word'TRIGUNA',that is, to say spiritually all creation is made up of three unseen subtle basic components. HIM DOING SO.
HENCE YOU CAN WRITE 'ATUL HUMAN'WITHOUT BECOMING MEMBER OF ASSOCIATIONS CLAIMING PRACTICE OF HUMANITY.
