No crpc 125, dv running and 498a acquitted.

Dear sir,
I got acquitted in 498a benefit of doubt, and already paying intereme maintenance in DV case.

I wish to know, is there any option for wife to file crpc 125 at this time.

if she wants she can file application under section 125 . you cna point out that already you are paying interim maintenance as per orders of magistrate in DV case .

Yes follow Sethi Sir's advice. wife can not claim multiple maintenance.
