22. The ancestral property (paternal ) is old 80 years and has crossed 4 generations. Now my parents died during 1992 . Hence the original parent documents are not available with me. Earlier there was litigation , & matter went to High Court, & as per judgnt of High Court , the property was divd into 2 – sellr & buyer ..Apart from this, remaining land is with me , and I need legal opinion for the same. Regarding any share , be given to my sisters , who were all married during the year 1976 & 1992 respectively?
Whether legal opinion will be given to me without parent documents ? But I can produce the High Court’s copy instead of original documents.

You can seek copies of the case record in connection with the instant case before the High court by approaching the Registrar of the court in proper manner, I am sure you will get a copy / reference to the parent document you are looking for.
