No law for old aged people

In 498-a/406 cases many of my close relatives who are more than 75 years of age has a falsely been gragged and has to give personal appearance like criminals..In recent case one of my relative whose daughter in law has filed 498-A case and now have to give appernce for DV ACt..Whetehr our leagl syetem has provide any remedies for old aged persons or they jut be the victms on the hand of greedy wifes??

In dv Case or case u/s 498A the accused person especially old ones need not appear pn every date.
Remedy is there u/s 305 crpc.

ANY NEEDY CAN APPLY UNDER SEC 205 OF CR P C FOR DISPENSING WITH APPEARANCE. COURT USUALLY ALLOW IT
