No objection for passport by from criminal court

sir. there is a complaint against accused for the offence. Accused has file quashing petition before the High court, high court stayed the investigation. Now at this stage no criminal case is pending before criminal court. Accused applicant applied for the passport and therefore he needs no objection from the compete court. now where there is no criminal case is pending before the court in that circumstances no objection can be given by the court for issuance of the passport.

High court Stay is only for further proceeding and it doesn't mean that No Criminal Case is Pending

Proper Permission to be odtained from the Consent Court where the Criminal Case is Pending failing which should Approach the High Court only
