No objection on application

Sir/s,
If Junior Advocate wrongly mentioned "No Objection" on the application moved by the Opposite Party in Civil Court then under which provisions the said say of "No Objection" can be rectified?
Is there any Authority available to quote?

There is no such authority. You can file petition u/s 151 cpc to recall the order on the grounds you just mentioned.

There is no provision to move any application seeking withdrawal of NOC.
