Sir, I have filed a rti in ICMR (AIIMS) one month ago but did not get reply. plz suggest me next step.

Send appeal to the designated appellate authority under RTI.

If u not get reply within 15 day of application then u need to file appeal to appellate authority under RTI.

The waiting period is 30 days from the date of receipt of the application and not 15 days.
