Sir, I studied MBA from an institute which final examination was held in June '12 but they have not declared any result nor any certificate inspite of repeated inquiry.
What can be done against them if they really don't intend to out any result or cerificate(degree) and get my money returned?
Please reply .I am from a middle class family and managed somehow education expenses.I am very depressed.

You have not mentioned the name of the institute and the university with which the institute is affiliated.

However, you may send your complaint to the concerned university with which the institute is affiliated.

this is under punjab technical university.Earliar it was under an university of Tamilnadu. this is not an academic query. I am afraid of mentioning the name, if they make me fail in answerscripts to show themselves clean though I am satishfied with my performance.Thanks.

First go & personally discus.
If they declared result of ur batch students , and only ur is pending, u may ask reason thereof.
If they do not reply, or refuse to answer, issue a legal notice.
If they don't reply the notice, send a copy to the University it belong to.
U may also inform Education Ministry t intervene. If all fails, compl before consumer forum.

Complaint to university registrar is the only solution in this regard. Collective memorandum of similarly situated students shall be best option.

other students have not paid their dues fully but my dues are clear and all payments were made through cheque
.Can I complaint alone?
If so Can I send a mail with all scanned copies of related documents to the "contact us" head of PTU website?Will it work?
Due to financial problem I am unable to hire a lawyer.Thankyou.

You alone can also make your complaint even at contact us column but it shall be good if a registered complaint is sent through post.
