I purchased a New Nokia Device paying 38,000 in July 20th then in August 11 When I saw the device was heating up, loudspeakers not working & more over the display screen was thrilling I send it to service center on 11th August.
Since then Nokia playing with me saying they are fixing & fixing. Time pass stuff & I am tired & I don't know what to do.
I approached a local lawyer, he asked me 2500/- to file a case in court. What should I do ? What is the best way to get justice ?
I am okay with paying that much of fees, but can It be recovered with Litigation fee from other other party when the case is complete ?
Any guidance will help.

Your advocate can file complaint with Consumer forum and claim the legal expenses also.

Hope you have the total record including 'job work sheet', emails etc and have given it to your lawyer.
The fee demanded by your lawyer is so reasonable.

1. As I observed your query is two fold; i.e., against Noika as well as the lawyer whom you have approached, if I am correct???
2. Your lawyer has asked only expenses (for me) which is not a fees (Rs. 2500/- for Consumer complaint before District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum); if you find it exorbitant you must file the case personally i.e., complainant-in-person.
3. Collect all evidences and move against the manufacturer as well as vendor.

The experts have observed and advised well. Are you concerned with the grievances against the Nokia company for the faulty device or whether you are worried about the very highly charged lawyer's fee of just Rs. 2500/-?
