My query is that Nominee as a wife in insurance documents and bank accounts is sufficient to prove marriage for bigamay case or it is necessary ceremonial evidence to prove of marriage

Nomination is not an absolute proof of marriage however it may be corroboratory evidence, Marriage is solemnized as per the rituals the persons belong to or under the provision of Special Marriage Act. It cannot be proved by nomination only.
