In 498A court order for NBW now when will the accused arrest. and for how much time he has to remain in custody

If you are from the side of accused person then file immediately the petition for anticipatory bail to evade arrest.
The custody depends upin various courts and differ from state to state.
In Kolkata the custody if husband does not pass more than 3 days.
