Non deliverying of goods

Dear sir

I ordered smart tablet 25 days back I paid total amount on the order day itself
till now I did not received the one, I am unable to contact them also, what can I do now

issue legal notice for non delivery of goods at address mentioned in the invoice . ask for refund of money with interest at 18%pa

How the order was placed and payment done, whether it was online or otherwise ? Whether their address is available ?

You can lodge a police complaint if you smell some fraudulent activity.
