One party belong to Maharashtra and the other belongs to Karnataka. My query is whether it (NDA) is compulsory to be executed on stamp paper.
Guest (Expert) 22 February 2011
Not necessarily on stamp paper. Even international NDAs are signed by the individual parties residing in different countries and exchanged through FAX or sent scanned copies through email to each other. But, if one party insists for agreement on a stamp paper, the other party normally agrees on that also.
Amit Minocha (Expert) 22 February 2011
it needs to be on a stamp paper which would be according to respective state amendments
