Non fulfillment of maritual obligations by wife

After marriage with a lady she is not fulfilling the ma-ritual obligation of sexual intercourse with husband in such a case what is the remedies are available with husband..

is it liable for divorce!
if Divorced the maintenance shall be must payable for such wife

1. It is a good ground for seeking a decree of divorce butit will be very difficult to prove that she has been refusing to have x*x with you,

2. If she is not employed, you shall have to pay for her maintenance.

after discussion with wife by husband she refusing of her own comments and activities..
