A CRIMINAL COMPLAINT HAS FILED BY A COMPLAINANT AGAINT AN EDUCATIONAL STRUST AND ITS TRUSTEES WITHOUT MANTIONING THE NAME OF TRUSTEES.IS IT MAINTAINABLE ? IS THERE ANY CITATION ?

It is not the Trust but the Trustee(s) who would be guilty of offence.
Without their name the case would not be maintainable.

A trust although a juristic person but like a company can not act on its own hence to go far its affairs trustees are there to act and only they can be prosecuted for offence and not the trust.

Dear Mr. Bansal,
If the names of accused are known, it has to be disclosed at the time of complaint itself.

without disclosing the name, complaint is not maintainable.
