Non possession on land

Sir I have purchase a piece of land which is agricultural and mutation is done on my name but he is not ready to give possession on that land what should I do??

Once the land is registered in your name in
a) sub-registrar office and b)patta passbook why is the guy refusing to vacate.. please complain to police station for refusing to vacate the premises.

Whether the land is being cultivated / possessed by the seller or some other party.

Try to have amicable settlement, legal steps would take years to get results.

If not possible, consult local lawyer.

Send a legal notice or you can directly file a complaint as he is no more the owner of the property and he will be treated as a trespasser.

Sir that land is a part of khata No 261 in Allahabad many registration and mutation done in different size of plot of aagricultural land . Some of them has got their possession but dealer is not agree to give possession to me
