Non reciept of registered documents

I have submitted documents for registration of my newly purchased house at Kota on dt 03.09.2013 at Office of Sub Registrar-II Kota.
But till today The original registered documents has not been returned to me I am continuously following up with the department officials but they are unable to provide the documents nor any satisfactory reply is being given by the department officials. I have already registered my grievance to Sub registrar-I, Kota. but till today no action has been taken by department irrespective of the my followup.
Please advice.

You made a letter to the District Registrar Office along with the "Receipt" duly issued by the Sub-registrar II of Kota, while submitting your original deed for registration.
