Not able to open it order

I have e filed my returns for year ending 31/03/2011.I have received orders ( Intimation U/S 143 (1) for all returns filed.But I am not able to open one file to take print out.When I put the pass word (PAN No.& DOB,it is not opening.Then I tried to put ack. no. also.Still,I am not able to open it.Then I emailed this matter to ask@income​taxindia.go​v.in.They replied that I should put my Pan No. & DOB,which I already did.Please advice.Thanks.

The problem generally is that some times the DOB is different on the PAN card from the actual DOB hence you are requested to type the PAN & DOB as per the pan card. Your problem is likely to be solved.

Did you type the pan in non capital letters and dob in ddmmyyyy format?
without any spaces

All Communication from income Tax Department are in PDF format which are password protected and the password invariably is pan+dob in the following format.
'abcde1234zmmddyyy'
here abcde1234z denotes your pan and ddmmyy is your dob.
Make sre all letters are in small.
