Argue fiercely when the next time she seeks an adjournment. Adjournments are not to be given freely, and only for recorded exceptional reasons (more so when they are more than 3)

IF ORDER FOR NO CROSS OR ANY SUCH ORDER IS PASSED, OPP ADV WILL APPLY FOR SET ASIDE THE ORDER, IT CAN BE THRICE TOO.
IF NOT SET ASIDE, WIFE WILL GO IN APPEAL IN HC, WASTING MANY MORE YEARS!!!!
BE CAREFUL abt "last chance be given" it is women law

Dear Paandeyji,
Who filed the divorce case,Husband or the wife? If it is filed by the husband, she has to attend at least one out of the three adjs.Otherwise she can be represented by her lawyer. If intentional she is absenting, wwithout valid reasons, every you can demand for costs to be paid. The costs may range rom RS 100 to 1000 per adj.
