Dear All
I need some assistence on this matter
I am an expat working in Gurgaon for 16 months . My company stop paying me from January , from friday 12 that they said that ny contract was terminated but no official letter issued.
I ask and as a foreigner what to do in this situation ?

what were terms and conditions of your appointment letter? does it mention that termination of contract by issue of 3 months notice? . issue legal notice to company

Yes in my contract it says 3 months notice ! But he just said the contract is terminated and i will not get anything i am the general Manager there and security is not allowing me to enter the company

issue legal notice to company . contact a local lawyer in gurgoan /Delhi .
you cant be terminated contrary to provisions of your contract with the company . you are entitled to recover your salary from January on wards plus 3 months pay

if you have entered into a service agreement ..law of land will apply..so approach a lawyer and send a proper legal notice
