The wife not consumated by her husband. Is this marriage is fulfiled ? divorce also done by husband.

In this situation husband seek maintenance from her divorce wife ? Is it possible ? [Wife comes from rich family- husband lossed his jobs, no income from other sources. ]

There is no chance to get maintenance by husband from her divorced wife. Even married husband cannot claim such maintenance. If marriage was not consummated, it was a nullity which already have broken by way of divorce hence such question has lost relevant now.

Though the husband can claim for alimony pendente lite under the marriage act from his wife if she is more capable,in this particular case the husband having already got the divorce he looses such right.

A marriage that is not consummated is not a marriage at all. Question of divorce does not arise. When the marriage is a nullity, maintenance is a dream.

HUSBAND CAN'T CLAIM MAINTENANCE FROM WIFE IF MARRIAGE WAS NOT CONSUMATED.THE MARRIAGEGE IS NULL AND VOID.
