"I had worked with hdfc bank ltd.new delhi joined here 04may2009 as contract sales executive and give resignation on 25sep2010 through mail.but now days did not received my full and final salary various time I'm sent mail to my boss, hr and company MD but no one give me reply and also contact through phone but no response . sir what can i do? when i had sent him my resignation through mail they doesn't give me reply .

If the money is legitimately due to you by the Bank and if it refuses or neglects to make the payment then you ave no option but to take recourse to law by both civil and criminal proceeding.

Since you worked Sales Executive, for claiming dues you have to file civil suit as you will have no remedy under the Industrial Disputes Act as you are not workman.
