1. what is the procedure regarding affix of Notarial stamp in a Instrument authenticate by the Notary Public ?
2. Is there are any rule to affix Notarial Stamp in any Instrument authenticate by Notary public ?
3. What is the requisite value of Notarial Stamp affix in any instrument ?
4. Whether the requisite value of Notarial Stamp given in any instrument is same in every where in India ?
5. what is the notarial stamp is required in Assam to authenticate a instrument in the by the Notary Public in the state of Assam ?
6. Is there are any Provision to affix Notarial Stamp in authenticate an Affidavit, Bond, Power of Attorney, Agreements etc. by the Notary public in the state of Assam ?
7. Let me know the actual Notarial Stamp is to be affix in aforesaid instruments by Notaries in the State of Assam ?
