Notarised affidavit

Dear Sir,

My query is I had one affidavit which was notarised by the director of the company. It came to my notice that the surname of director was wrongly written after it being notarised.

Please give me solution for making correction as director is not in town and i have to make an application to ROC at the earliest.

U cannot make corrections in his affidavit

and thus take date from ROC for filing the

corrected / new affidavit.

Insertion of sirname is not a big issue. The affidavit is given being director of the company so it can duly be presented before the concerned authority asap.
