In civil suit i am defendant ,i filed an application ,now i have to send notice,

1- can i send notice to the opp.partys counsel through post.

2- the application is it enough to send.

1.yes,but with orders of court.

2.summons of court are sent with the copy of application.

Now Civil,
Better ask your Advocate, in which court, what matter you are facing???
