I have given a 3 notices to join the conjugal society to my wife. They have given a reply that i have taken dowry and domestic violence but they know that they have not given a dowry apart from that they have also sent a lawyer notice to my organization as a maintenance and many things which is not real in fact.The college has given reply that is purely a family issue and is not related to organization.I issued notice to join but what they expecting from me i am not able to guess. I have filed a petition against them under dowry ,harrassment that to deny i have not taken.Since my spouse is preganant i told that in Islam its husband responsibility to take for delivery and i told to join and stay with me but they refused to do so.To resolve this issue under muslim and civil law what is a proper suggestion and also i have kept this word in our jamat ulema they have rejected to discuss on this issue

Since you are interested to say with your wife, it is advisable that you file a suit for restitution of conjugal rights.
This has a far reaching benefit.

Dear Friend
you send the legal notice, did you go her home to return back to your home with your friends or ralatives or not?. if the dowery and hrrassment alligation is not true, then fight the case.
informed her about Hazrat aysha R.A. and other religious ladies who obeyed her husband.

There is no benefit of filing RCR if you are unable to get her back through family and personal talks then court would not be able to direct and force her to live with you.

I have visited to my spouse house and i have appointed an arbiter for a peaceful resolution and i have also kept a word in muslim community but they did not respond to join in conjugal society and I also gave the permission at the time of delivery she may go her parents house after delivery she may come back. I do not have any issue with my spouse but they intention is that i have to stay along with their parents where i am against of that.When she refused to join then I told Islam permits me polygamy and my spouse's kin and kith got quarreled with me but i did not take intentionally.I have file petition but my lawyer is taking time file a petition since he conveyed me that its related to a muslim law.I request you under what section do i have to file petition regarding joining in conjugal society,dowry,harassment. I have provided my family with good maintenance and i have all the documented copies of maintenance like provisions,items purchased with my spouse's name and etc.I expect from our experts to a give positve reply where It would be easy for my spouse to join in conjugal society after delivery and their formailities

Since i have filed a petition on this issue which mentioned in above subject he has filed under section 7(1)clause on movable property and I need what act is applicable under muslim law or mohammadan law to join the conjugal society,falsification of dowry,harassment and maintenance.Regarding maintenance they have sent a lawyer to notice to organization where i am working and they have given a reply that it is purely related civil and family issue and i am working in a private organization and they have intimated me these issues should not bring to organization or it would be a threat for my job and they have given me time to resign.In this circumstance how should i handle this issue on my employment.Suppose If i am terminated then i will be jobless and what would be the resolution can i file any petition against them due to loss of my job.
