My previous organisation was not paying salary for 3 to 4 months and it became the practice
So I left serving 7 days notice pay , now organization is asking to serve one month notice .
In such circumstances , can organization ask to serve notice pay ..

You are abide by terms and conditions of appointment letter so if you travel beyond the tems and conditions of appointment letter,you will have to face its consequences.

Hello,
Yes, you and your employer are bound by terms and conditions of your agreement. If employment agreement provides for 7 days notice then you have rightly given notice to your company. Your employer cannot force you for one month notice. But is agreement provides one month notice then you will have one month notice period.
