They have deducted your salary for 5 days, which was the period short of notice period. For leave encashment, rules normally allow encashment on completion of a year's service. So forget about that.

hi,
first if you can sort of legall opinion you must place all the detailes like joining date, your terms and conditions on joining and how many days you are with the company. Until and unless the question is not clear it is not adbisable to give answer legally. So, place all the details. Then sort for any legal opinion. I am sorry to give.

The calculation of the company is correct. You have give 30 days notice, if any shortfall you have to buy the notice period.

You worked for 25 days - 5 days notice period = 20 days salary due.

Be happy they have given the salary.

Yes. You have been paid the right sum.

It depends upon the service contrct entered into between you and the company. If you agreed for such terms, you can not complain. I feel you are lucky; many companies don't pay for such short duration of employment and additionally, they file suit also for recovery of amount under the bond executed.
