I want to send a legal notice us 138 NI Act.Cheque is signed by both partners & firm name is M/S A & B Enterprises.Account is in the name of Firm i.e. M/s A & B Enterprises.I have drafted legal notice & addresses as"'' M/s A & B Enterprises through its partners No. 1 Anil No. 2 Rajesh."am i right,kindly help.One notice is sufficient or i have to send notice separately to both this partners at same address.

Notice to firm enough – Complaint against the firm – Notice need not be sent each partner – to firm itself sufficient. 1998 Crl.L.J. 43 (B) AP.
