i purchase one property from A person, he already prepare conveyance deed from G.H.B., he give property via notrised POA & sale karar to B person, after this B person give notrised POA & sale karar to C person, same repet notrised POA & sale karar to D person, in march-2008 D person make sale deed via C person.
This transation is legaly or not, if not how to sole it.

its very difficult, you can take EC from the starting period to til now, after that check it out any transaction made out or not, if not than immediately register your POA. as per law, without registration POA not valid

All documents are bogus and value less in the eye of law .None in chain obtained any law full title in the property from the original owner.get a registered sale deed done in your name from original owner first,then every thing shall stand legalized.

the problem is you dont spend money on legal fees . when your hard earned money is stuck then you suddenly remember lawyers .
as advised by experts enter into agreement with original owner if he is still alive .

Your ownership over the property is baseless and thus has no value before eyes of law. Present sale-deed is liable to be quashed only then you can enter with a fresh agreement with the original owner of the property but he shall charge the current cost of the property.
