nri traveling to india for attending 498a case

Hi all
I am in dubai and my wife filed 498a agaist me and my parents. All the allegations are flase. I really want to fight the case abd give divoce, 498a is under trail next hearing is in july.
My query are.
1. If I travel and attend court proceedings, will I be eligible to fly back to dubai as I am working their.
2. My lawyer said he is applying for anticipatory bail in may 2015 as I am coming to india in july.

already you are appointed your advocate. mind one thing, no advocate will act against his/her client.
so just follow his advise.. and believe his words. your advocate also may be a member of this site..

Sir,
If FIR is already registered then why your lawyer is thinking to file AB in May .... Better for him to take AB immediately ....
So far as going out of India the court may or may not ....

You lawyer should file for Anticipatory bail immediately without waiting till May.

It is very essential that you first apply for anticipatory bail.
At the tine if granting bail if the court does not out any restrictions on you on foreign travel then you are free to come back to Dubai/. Else you have to wait for some time before you get such permission from court.

Thank you experts for your valuable advice. I got anticipatory bail yesterday with out passport surrender clause. But it is stating to take permission from trail court before travel.
Plz guide me how to travel back and how to approach court to take clearance.

Thank you all for your expert advice.
I have got a clear order from court to work here in Middle East, court said my father should attend the trail and should appraise me of the happenings in trails.
My wife is not attending the trail from last 3 months.
