Nuisance neighbour

We have a couple in our neighbor with 5 children's, every night both of them fight & use worst abusive language for each other,which can be heard from our house & from other neighbors house too. 3-4 times we all intervened & told them not to fight & not to use abusive language. Once the husband tried to kill his wife by holding around her neck, which we neighbor intervened & separated, the wife was literally gasping for air.
We the neighbor are tired of theirs act of everyday & also scared if anyday the husband manages to kill her then, we the neighbors will be in nu-necessarily trouble of answering the questions of police.
please guide us, what can we do in this scenario.

Make a complaint to the nearest Police Station stating all the details. Contact any NGO engaged in Women Empowerment Cause. Send a complaint to the Protection Officer to take action over the matter.

The same can be resolved by directly calling ;police next time there is a fight.
Also you can send this lady to appropriate NGO.

I do agree with Mr. Arun Kumar and Mr. Shonee Kapoor. You may also inform the CHILDLINE of your area calling 1098 a toll free number to protect the children. They will intervene in the case and find a solution.
