Sir
This is for my friend who got married in March 2015 and back from leave left for abroad in April 2015.His wife has filed a petition for Null and void marriage in court. both are Hindus and both are second marriages after legal divorce and she is left with a child from first husband. What is null and void marriage . She filed petition as impotent .case fixed for 27/4 .Even if we arrange a advocate ,Can court pass judgement with on his absence .what are the procedures that will be met so that he can fix for --months leave or can this case be settled outside court by compromising . As he has left only 1 year ago and Find difficulty in getting leave now at present can his relatives request court to extend this case on his leave in December .

It is necessary for him to attend the court on the date specified. Further the allegations put on him are subject to evidences and proof and even the medical report.

Right now he can execute a POA in favour some responsible relative and that agent can appear in the court and also can appoint advocate,but he can not give evidence etc but can appear till the presence of your friend required in court.Poa should be attested by our embassy in that country.

He can take help of a local lawyer and also appoint a POA. For witness he can present.
