obc certificate

i am a businessman earning nearly 2.90 lakh per annum and my wife is a class 3 government servant earning around 4.50 lakh per annum.
we are residents of delhi.

can we get obc certificate?
what benefits will my children get from obc certificate in education and jobs?will they be considered in obc quota for getting admission in higher studies( like b.tech mba etc.)?

you can get OBC certificate. You are in creamy layer.
The benefits are only in central govt jobs.
