my questions are..
1. if a OBC girl marries general category man who is not a class I officer, cant she claim reservation under obc quota?
2. where a married woman should get her caste certificate, in fathers place or husbands place?
3. what will be caste of a married woman if it was an intercaste marriage?
4. If the officials at fathers place deny issuing of obc certificate saying she has moved to other place after marriage and so they cant issue, what to do?

1. Individually she is entitled to claim the reserved quota.
2. Husband's place.
3. Caste of the married lady shall not change.
4. The plea of officials is accurate.

Thanks a lot to all. I am OBC from karnataka married to general man from west bengal. If I want to take obc certificate from there, my caste is not listed in west bengals OBC list. However my caste is in central govt obc list.
Do I need to produce my father side documents in west bengal for the issuance of obc certificate in central govt format?
My In-Laws belong to OBC. But they never made a certificate. In fact their whole family did not made it. If they want to get it now, what to do?
